This Agreement is exclusively between OFFSHORING INC. (hereafter referred to as OFFSHORING) and the recipient of our leased services. It covers the responsibilities and obligations of both parties during credit card transactions. If you choose and authorize payment through your credit card you acknowledge the terms and conditions in this contract. Above all, you pledge your acceptance of this agreement.
Payment Arrangements
OFFSHORING has the sole authority in defining the payment fees and payment processes. You are obliged to abide by the arrangements outlined in your Credit Agreement. Additionally, it is OFFSHORING's discretion to set the mode of payment, product prices, additional costs and service provider or merchant.
Privacy
OFFSHORING is free to disclose client information to third parties regarding your payment history 1. whenever it is imperative for processing of payments; 2. in order to verify the state and position of your account to a third party; 3. in compliance with government policies and authorized investigations; or 4. through your consented disclosure of personal data. All information that you share with OFFSHORING may be exposed within the organization and our bank. Other details that are obtained from third parties may also be shared with Offshoring and our bank.
Waiver
OFFSHORING may waive this Agreement or any of its conditions depending on circumstances. The waiver is not permanent and must not be taken as continuous, apart from the instances specified.
Non-refundability
You acknowledge that any payment made using the facilities of our merchant account service provider is for invoiced production and strictly not refundable. Any issues involving refunds for must be addressed directly to OFFSHORING.
No Liability For Third Party Products, Services and Premises
OFFSHORING contain external links to on-line establishments that are owned, managed and developed by third parties, such as our merchant or service provider. When you use this site you acknowledge that OFFSHORING is not liable to the content, products and services provided by these external parties. Likewise, the third party is not responsible for the products and services of OFFSHORING.
Our merchant or service providers operate independently. They exist outside of the company and they are absolved of any obligations with our clients. Your questions, concerns and disagreement with the billing statement or credit agreement should be addressed only to OFFSHORING. Similarly, OFFSHORING is not responsible for loss, damage or inconvenience that our merchant caused you or other parties that are connected to you in your use of your credit card. Disputes between you and your credit card company or between your credit card company and our merchant is outside the liability of OFFSHORING.
Discounts and Benefits
OFFSHORING may include discounts, rewards and other incentives to credit agreements.
