Meet Louie Daganzo IV

This has been his passion since 1992. But he's got a notion that separates him from other graphic artists – he thinks that the most important quality of a graphic artist is to stay “fresh”, to work on different themes, unlike other designers who create their own trademark, Mr. Daganzo or more popularly known as Luigi is versatile to all different subcultural scenes. He said that to work with a vast variety of clients, you must not get stuck with your favorite styles, colours and typefaces.

Mr. Daganzo, being a master of his craft and the best in his lot was chosen by the management of Offshoring to help them evaluate numerous graphic designer applicants. He said that, “Its a great thing to work for the management in the same scene I'm interested in. For example evaluating and screening the right candidates for each client and make sure that the people who will work for the client's project fits and qualifies their needs. Another nice example is of course being in the same company that I've been in for years, and also doing collaboration project with great designers in the industry, it's always really interesting to see the end results.”

With Mr. Daganzo's delicate and sophisticated taste, you are rest assured that every graphic designer that will work for your projects will exceed the limits of your imagination. Louie's inspirations are his wife, their sweet loving baby boy, his friends, music, magazines, nature, a variety of amazing websites and stunning books.

Meet Rica Espiritu

She is very professional. If the class will start by 7am, she will be there an hour ahead of time. In terms of teaching skills, she is very powerful – she uses different styles which captivates her audience and motivates them to learn.

She used to teach teachers and I mean teachers in the academe – deans and professors. And she managed to eradicate animosity whenever she trains people who have an M.D. or a Ph.D. She said it is very important for the trainer to relate what he/she teaches to his/her students' needs. For example, when she teach deans and professors about Search Engine Optimization, she tells them how will they benefit from learning SEO, not only what SEO is. If this is neglected then the lesson will become useless.

Just like when she trains different people from different departments of the company. She carefully analyzes all the needs of each person and then she teach them what they need to know and not only what is written in her macbook.

She said that the most important thing that a company must do to enhance its talent pool's skills is to train the trainers themselves, arm them with the indestructible weapon of knowledge by being up to date to the latest technology and being exposed to the market.

She took BS Psychology and BSC Human Resources Development in St. Scholastic's College Manila but she pursued a career on Graphic and Web Designing and of course teaching.
