Offshoring is the practice of hiring workers in another country other than where your company is located.

Outsourcing is the practice of buying products and/or services from a third party.

Please note we have our own testing procedures as well and you will be given the candidates test scores. We don't assign anyone to your account until you have accepted the candidate.
