Offshoring, Inc is an American managed outsourcing company with offices in the Philippines. We are different because we lease employees for low flat monthly prices to our customers who, in turn, are able to develop a team of offshore staff that knows their business and how they like things done.

This is why we call ourselves Offshoring, Inc and not Outsourcing, Inc. Offshoring is the practice of moving all or part of your organization to a low cost jurisdiction. You could outsource something to your neighbor down the street.  That’s the difference.

When you outsource work you often lose control of the project and/or become a virtual prisoner of the outsourcing company when you want to make changes.  When you use Offshoring, Inc you gain another office.  We are your IT department, Human Resources, Recruiting and physical office.

If you have thought about sending work offshore, you should take a further look at our offerings.  We have graphic designers, webmasters, programmers, data entry, call center agents and other personnel ready and willing to do your work. They work from our offices in the Philippines or India and report directly to you.

You are part of the process.  When you join us, you’ll be able to work directly with our recruiting department.  Should you choose to, you can look through the resumes and portfolio samples and select who you want assigned to your account. We make sure they come to work on time, work while they are here and don’t leave until they are supposed to.  We manage their productivity while you assign the work, set quotas and manage how they spend their time.

We even have conference rooms and corporate condominiums for you to use if you would like to visit with us or train your team in person.  We are your offshore office in Asia!
